Notice of Funding Opportunity
Effective March 10, 2025, Iowa Workforce Development (IWD) has opened a one-year competitive grant opportunity seeking a sub-grantee to provide SCSEP services to Iowans for a period from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
Grant Purpose (Notice of Funding)
The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to solicit applications for funding from potential respondents that provide case management and supportive services to individuals 55 and older with barriers to employment, a population that experiences unemployment at higher rates.

An Informational Webinar will be held virtually on March 18, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. CST via ZOOM.
Responses to questions received during the Informational Webinar will be posted here no later than March 26, 2025.
