Programs that Help Workers

The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) helps Iowans aged 55 and over with limited income find jobs. The program offers paid training opportunities, such as on-the-job training at non-profit organizations and community service assignments. These opportunities help participants transition to regular jobs available across Iowa.
