Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL)

OVERVIEW

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I funds help eligible Iowans access training. Approved training programs enhance skills for Iowans and help prepare them for successful career pathways. Iowans using WIOA funds can select from the list of approved programs on Iowa’s Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL).

FOR TRAINING PROVIDERS: APPROVAL PROCESS

Iowa Workforce Development (IWD) makes Initial and Continued training program eligibility determinations.

Providers can submit training program applications in IowaWORKS for consideration. The ETPL User Guide provides instructions for providers to complete the electronic application in IowaWORKS.
