The communications staff at IWD is unable to review individual claims or directly assist with unemployment claims. Please contact UI customer service at this link, via phone (1-866-239-0843) or email uiclaimshelp@iwd.iowa.gov. Customer service is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Iowans in need of employment assistance are also encouraged to contact their local IowaWORKS office for support.
