Reminders About Workplace Posters
Posters for the workplace are subject to change and requirements can vary. Not all employers are covered by each statute and may not be required to post a specific notice. For example, some small businesses may not be covered by the Family and Medical Leave Act and would not be subject to its posting requirements.
For more information about poster requirements and compliance, visit the U.S. DOL elaws FirstStep Poster Advisor or the U.S. DOL Poster Page.
March 2025 Update
Iowa Workforce Development is currently reviewing its federal resources as several posters are undergoing revisions due to recent executive orders.
Links to individual posters are available on this page. However, poster deliveries and pickups for the “All-in-one” posters have been paused so that revisions can be made. More information will be posted once available.
