The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is a community service and work based job training program for Iowans age 55 and older, having family income of no more than 125% of poverty, and not employed. Participants receive training wages for work services provided to a host agency. Once new skills are acquired participants are able to find unsubsidized employment.
