Notice for Des Moines Customers:
The IowaWORKS office at Park Fair Mall will soon be moving to a new location to better serve Iowans in the Des Moines Area.
The last day for the IowaWORKS Park Fair location will be January 30, 2025. On January 31, 2025, the IowaWORKS River Park location will officially open (525 SW Fifth St, Des Moines, IA 50309).
The primary IowaWORKS office in the Des Moines area (200 Army Post Road, Des Moines, IA 50315) remains open and will not change. However, many Vocational Rehabilitation counselors previously located at 200 Army Post Road will be moving to the new IowaWORKS River Park location.
The IowaWORKS Mobile Workforce Center, which provides critical workforce services on the go, will be appearing near the old Park Fair location in the weeks ahead to help with the office transition (February 3 & 11, 2025).
