In its most significant change in decades, Iowa’s process for claiming unemployment benefits is being modernized to blend functions and create a much better experience for the Iowans who use it.  Currently, claimants seeking benefits are required to interact with multiple computer systems in different ways. Combining these systems will create a simpler, more efficient process – but it also will mean that some interactions users are used to will be changing.
